Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of
Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective May 3, 2021, Mr. Terry E. London retired from the Board of Directors of Johnson Outdoors Inc. (the “Company”).
Mr. London did not retire from the Board of Directors due to any disagreements with the Company. The Company’s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board of Directors formally accepted Mr. London's resignation from the Board of
Directors effective as of such date and also recommended that current director and Audit Committee Member, Mr. Edward F. Lang, be appointed the chairperson of the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors.
